Two Adelaide firms acted on the sale of a substantial portfolio of aged care facilities and an apartment complex in South Australia.

Deal: Allity purchase 10 aged care facilities and one apartment complex in South Australia from ECH

Deal Significance: Allity is one of Australia’s most prominent aged care providers, with a network of aged homes spread across Victoria, NSW, Queensland and South Australia. With this sale it has taken its number of aged care homes to 43. The company’s CEO, David Armstrong, said the change of ownership would not affect staff or the residents’ bonds and fee arrangements. Kathryn Tam, the head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Allity, said the Fisher Jeffries team “exceeded expectations in all areas”.
