Boutique joins big hitters to act on Vic property sale
Four firms have acted on the largest-ever residential sale in Victoria.

Deal significance: This is the largest-ever residential sale in Victoria; the Glenvill Group acquired the residential component of the site. The sale and site approval will allow a new mini suburb to be built on the 16.5 hectare site adjacent to the Yarra River just seven kilometres from Melbourne CBD, which will accommodate 3000 people in up to 1500 dwellings.
