HALL & Wilcox has advised Canon Australian on a $31 million agreement with CSG Communications Pty Limited.

CGS Communication signed the deal this week for Canon’s Multi-Function Device dealership in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.

The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partner Bruce McFarlane and senior associate Oliver Jankowsky and supported by Ben Hamilton providing Trade Practices advice and Karl Rozenbergs and Melinda Bell for Employment & Workplace Relations.

McFarlane said the transaction turnaround was tight, with only several days to complete the deal.

Canon is a long-standing client of Hall & Wilcox.
