KPMG Law has recruited a new director with diverse international experience.
The Big Four accounting firm has announced Jamie Levy (pictured) as a director of KPMG Law. Prior to the appointment, Mr Levy was general counsel of Mubadala Development Company in the United Arab Emirates.
In his new role, he will “work with KPMG clients to execute corporate and investment transactions, focusing on industry and funds and will advise on a range of regulatory and corporate governance issues,” according to a statement from the firm.
“We are delighted to have a lawyer of Jamie’s calibre join our team. He is a senior transactional lawyer and business adviser with significant experience in acting for private equity funds and advising on large and complex cross-border M&A deals,” said David Morris, national partner in charge of KPMG Law.
Mr Levy’s appointment reflects KPMG’s commitment to growing its legal services division.
