Ms Daley (pictured) has spent the last three years as senior in-house counsel at AMP, and has now made the move back to private practice.
She has more than 10 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, venture capital and corporate advisory.
She has expertise advising on technology and financial services transactions and has experience in relation to the establishment and financing of emerging companies.
During the last three years at AMP, Ms Daley advised on a range of financial services and fintech transactions, including fund reconstructions, tier 2 capital raisings, innovative product and service offerings and dealer group transactions.
Corrs Chambers Westgarth partner and CEO John Denton AO welcomed Ms Daley back to the firm.
“Felicity has developed strong business acumen and excellent technical skills. She will be an asset to Corrs’ innovative approach to providing legal services to our clients,” he said.
Corrs Chambers Westgarth recently gained former general counsel Peter Anderson, but lost partner Jane Hall to Seyfarth Shaw.
