The former head of legal at Pacific National has moved to Holding Redlich’s Melbourne office.
Harry Kingsley (pictured) was a member of the leadership team and chief legal counsel for Pacific National, Australia’s largest rail operator of bulks and intermodal freight.
He has experience in the transport and financial services industries as well as with IPOs, secondary market raisings and M&A transactions for small and mid-cap ASX-listed companies.
Earlier this year Stephen Pyman, the firm's then national head of construction, announced that he had left Holding Redlich with nine lawyers to start a firm.
Last year partner Carolyn Chudleigh and former construction and infrastructure group head Amanda Davidson also quit Holding Redlich to join Holman Fenwick Willan.
