A former K&L Gates lawyer has been appointed as a partner at Gadens
Brihony Boan (pictured) joins Gadens’ Melbourne property, construction and planning team after 10 years at K&L Gates.
She has particular expertise in urban mixed use, off-the-plan developments and vacant land subdivisions.
Her clients have included Hengyi Australia, ING REDA Holdings, Villa World Developments, Eureka Funds Management, Arno Corporation, KordaMentha and PPB Advisory.
Gadens’ Melbourne office has poached several K&L Gates lawyers over the past two months.
Former K&L Gates corporate partner Jol Rogers left the global firm on 26 May, taking senior associates Zoe Baré and Melissa Phillips across to Gadens.
On 23 April, another K&L Gates corporate partner, Adam Howell, defected to Gadens in Melbourne.
