NRF powers up with partner hire
Norton Rose Fulbright has lured an energy & resources partner from Clayton Utz to its Brisbane office.
Keira Brennan (pictured) joined NRF yesterday (4 March) after more than 10 years in the Clutz partnership. Prior to that role, she was a partner at Minter Ellison from 1999 to 2004.
Commenting on her appointment, Brennan said the energy and mining sectors are best served by a global firm that can support domestic and international activity.
Brennan is not the only Clutz partner defection this month.
Sydney banking & finance partner Paul Gatward left the firm after 19 years to join HWL Ebsworth last week (26 February).
Another Clutz lawyer, workplace relations senior associate Andrew Klein, was recently poached by Russell Kennedy, where he will be a senior counsel at the firm’s new Canberra office.
