Women dominate HopgoodGanim promotions
HopgoodGanim made 14 promotions to start its financial year, the majority of which were female practitioners.
The firm promoted Hayden Delaney (pictured) to partner in its Brisbane information & communications technology/ intellectual property practice, made two promotions to special counsel, four to senior associate and seven to associate.

“Our new partner, Hayden Delaney, has been managing our information & communications technology/intellectual property practice for a number of years and has built the practice to a point where his team is sought out by clients across the country and beyond.”
Alexandra Moles and Rachael Murray were both promoted to special counsel in the firm’s family law practice in Brisbane. Alex Davies (corporate) and Stephanie Tan (litigation) were promoted to senior associate in Perth, with Damon King (employment) and Gemma Ayriss (planning & environment) promoted to senior associate in Brisbane.
Of the seven associate appointments, six of the promotions were in the firm’s Brisbane office, with one in its Perth office.
Humphrys added that the number of staff members promoted also reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to strong career development for its employees.

All promotions took effect on 1 July.
