Walt Disney's lovable Donald Duck has attracted some unwanted attention of late and not because he gets to live it up in a world "where dreams come true".
April Magolon has filed a post-traumatic stress lawsuit, claiming the 2008 run-in with Donald Duck left her with nightmares, digestive problems and other permanent injuries.
But Donald Duck isn't the first of Disney's popular cartoon characters to land in hot water for similar groping incidents.
In 2004, Winnie the Pooh's mate Tigger was accused of a similar act of alleged groping.
According to Philadelphia's Fox 29 News, a staff member dressed as Tigger was accused of groping a 13-year-old girl and her mother. Tigger was later found not guilty after Disney's defence lawyer put together an interesting argument, putting on the Tigger costume and proving he couldn't see well enough to see a body part to grope.
Assuming that this case doesn't settle and actually makes it to court, Folklaw will be very amused to hear if Disney's lawyers find themselves donning a Donald Duck suit in court.
