A JEFFERSONVILLE lawyer could almost be an extra in Hollywood flick The Hangover, after one supremely trashy night out on the town.
According to the Courier-Journal, Embry would have been all for offering his neighbour a warm cup of coffee: "If I'd known it was Larry Wilder, I wouldn't have called the police," he said.
Wilder told the police that he had been out with a group of friends the night before and that, yes, he had been drinking. He was not arrested over the incident with police instead describing Wilder as merely "10-47," which is police code for intoxicated.
The bin that became Wilder's home for the night followed his more classy trip back home in a client's limousine.
Embry's wife, Roberta, described the scene her husband found to the News and Tribune. "He (Wilder) took all the trash out and laid it (the trash can) on its side."
The best part of the night is that a lovely portrait of the guilty lawyer in his garbage bin is circling the internet. Check it out at abovethelaw
