Aldermane adds partner from PwC
Boutique government firm Aldermane has continued its expansion across the government services market with the addition of a new partner, who joins from PwC.
Mitchell Wright joins Aldermane as a partner in its Canberra office and will bolster the firm’s existing capabilities in the public law, ICT, data, and intellectual property areas.
During his career, Mr Wright has advised government and private clients on major high-risk, high-value projects valued into the billions of dollars. This has included advice on legal issues associated with the collection and use of privacy-related information and on other complex regulatory regimes within the public law, procurement, and intellectual property areas.
“Aldermane is a true boutique. Our clients benefit from the financially competitive fee model that only a boutique can offer while receiving top-tier quality advice. This maximises the value for money received by our clients and allows cost-savings to be passed on to our people,” Mr Wright said.
“I am proud to join this specialist team of government lawyers in Canberra and to continue building Aldermane’s strong brand in the market. I am looking forward to providing advice to new and existing government clients across Aldermane’s core focus areas of Defence, national security, privacy, and technology.”
Founding partner of Aldermane, Rory Alexander, welcomed Mitchell to the team.
“Mitchell is an expert in government ICT projects and related technology transactions,” he said.
“We are thrilled to have him join Aldermane as a partner and are looking forward to our continued growth in the Canberra market.”
