MacDonnells Law promotes 3
MacDonnells Law has bolstered its commercial property and planning and environment practices with the promotion of two to senior associate and one to associate.
According to the firm, these promotions reflect “dedication, expertise, and outstanding contributions to the success” of MacDonnells Law and strengthen the firm’s legal capabilities in a variety of areas.
Mr Taylor has been promoted within the commercial property practice and possesses comprehensive technical knowledge, combined with a proven track record of successful negotiations and practical, strategic outcomes.
Director Luckbir Singh congratulated Mr Taylor on his promotion.
“Ben has achieved outstanding results for clients over many years. His clear, focused precision and calm approach [have] been instrumental in guiding our clients to successfully completing complex and intricate property and commercial deals. Ben represents the best of our firm’s values of growth mindset, excellence, and collectivism,” he said.
“We are all very proud of Ben reaching this significant milestone. I’m also very proud that the firm, after almost 140 years, continues to have a special ability to identify and develop top legal talent.”
Ms Worth joined MacDonnells Law seven years ago, and her promotion is within the planning and environment team. During her time at the firm, she has provided invaluable advice to local governments, private landowners, and developers across Queensland and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the practice area.
Also being promoted within the planning and environment team, Ms Lazzaretti has a strong ability to navigate the complex statutory landscape of the practice area and reinforces the continued growth of the team, according to planning and environment director Matthew Bryant.
“I am incredibly proud of Lauren and Lianna’s achievements and congratulate them on their recent promotions. Both Lauren and Lianna started their professional private practice careers at MacDonnells Law, and I am so pleased to have been able to work with them both closely over many years in our planning and environment team and see them grow into incredibly competent lawyers and fantastic role models to our junior lawyers within the firm,” he said.
“Both Lauren and Lianna have very exciting legal careers ahead of them, and we are very lucky to have them in our team, delivering excellent results for our clients.”
