SA-based Andersons Solicitors names new equity partner
Andersons Solicitors, a mid-sized firm in South Australia, has elevated one of its partners to equity partner.
Matthew Fuss (pictured with fellow equity partners Ryan Thomas, Felix Hoelscher, and Garry Palasis) has been made an equity partner at Andersons, which practises from six office locations across South Australia.
Andersons managing partner Felix Hoelscher said: “Matthew’s strong knowledge of motor vehicle accident and personal injury law, as well as his skill in worker’s compensation matters, mean that he is a natural fit to be the head of our civil law section.”
“Furthermore, Matthew’s long history with the practice and his good management of our Morphett Vale office has seen unprecedented growth in that region, and he will continue to oversee that office on behalf of the firm.”
Mr Fuss added that his promotion to equity partner is “both a privilege and humbling”.
“Andersons has given me many opportunities to grow and develop both personally and professionally over the past 17 years, including support and guidance in establishing the Morphett Vale branch of the firm. Entering into equity is the next step in that journey,” he said.
“In joining the partnership, I see a lot of excitement and opportunity to continue working with our team to ensure the firm continues to thrive well into the foreseeable future. I am really looking forward to experiencing what that journey holds and what we can achieve as a firm.”
