FCW hires dispute resolution and insolvency principal
Sydney and Melbourne-based firm FCW Lawyers has moved to strengthen its dispute resolution and insolvency practice with the appointment of a new principal.
Catherine Pulverman (pictured) has joined FCW, having come over from Wisewould Mahony Lawyers in Melbourne, where she was a partner and worked for nearly 19 years.

Her focus, FCW said in a statement, is “achieving the best outcome for her clients, principally insolvency practitioners, providing alternative dispute resolution options, through to court representation”.
Speaking about the hire, FCW managing principal Andrew Douglas said: “Catherine’s approach and skills as a dispute resolution and insolvency specialist complement our existing team and strengthen our offering at a time when litigation and insolvency issues are on the rise.”
