The merger with Victoria-based boutique Marsh & Maher Richmond Bennison will allow BlueRock to “expand the support offered to its growing clientele”, according to the firm.
“Building a total solution for clients has been one of the most important foundations for our success, so it naturally made sense for Marsh & Maher to partner with BlueRock and continue to grow together,” he said.
“We bring over 20 staff members with about 150 years of experience to the BlueRock team.”
BlueRock has seen tremendous growth since first launching in 2008 – and is currently looking to expand its footprint both nationally and internationally over the next three to five years, and growth by acquisition is a key part of its strategy. BlueRock founder Peter Lalor said that this merger is the latest announcement in a series of successful partnerships over the last 12 months.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Marsh & Maher to grow our multidisciplinary business offering. For us, it wasn’t about just bringing in more people; it was about bringing in the right people who could give our clients a high-value experience and deep knowledge,” he said.
“At BlueRock, we have always kept our clients at the forefront of our decision making and we are looking forward to what the future holds for them through our merger with Marsh & Maher.”
