THE CORPORATE advisory team at Herbert Geer & Rundle (HGR) has welcomed the promotion of Jacqui Gannon to partner, while David Marriott has become a partner in the property services team.
“As an expanding mid-tier firm, HGR is big enough to offer substantial opportunities to add depth and breadth to the careers of our people”, said Gannon. “Despite significant growth, the culture at HGR remains that of a highly personal firm where people matter and where the environment is supportive.”
Managing partner Bill Fazio said the firm was “delighted that [Gannon] has joined the partnership, and her ability to provide outstanding client service whilst working part-time is testament to this”.
Marriott has expertise in property development, leasing, sales and acquisitions and urban regeneration. He acts for a number of companies and property trusts across Australia in relation to large scale developments and property management.
“HGR has quite a reputation for the quality of its clients, and it’s great to be working in the Melbourne office on some innovative major development projects,” Marriott said.
“Given HGR’s position as a niche player in the property sector, I’m not surprised that many of my clients have supported my move.”
