THE FAMILY law practice group of Biggs & Biggs Lawyers has welcomed Angela Yates as a solicitor.

Yates holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws, also at UQ.

Prior to joining Biggs, Yates worked for a boutique firm in which she completed her articles. She was admitted to practice in December 2002. She volunteers at the Women’s Legal Service and also serves on the management committee for the Ipswich Independent Youth Service Inc.

“[Yates] is a valuable addition to the firm and has already contributed to the growth in the family law practice area,” managing partner Peter Jolly said.
