TWO NEW partnership and seven senior associate positions have been announced at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
Tell practises in property law, in particular sales, acquisitions and joint venture transactions related to large-scale commercial property developments. She has experience acting in property development and leasing transactions for major landowners, commercial property developers and corporations. Tell has also been active in native title, planning and environment law, and has extensive experience advising clients on land access issues. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s property committee and property dispute resolution committee.
Katie Drinkwater, John Mengolian, Melanie Alderton, Justin Vaatstra, Ashley Lewis, Sue Kee and Leigh De Jong have all become senior associates.
Drinkwater practises in property and development, focusing on sales, acquisitions and commercial leasing, while Mengolian practises in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on property development and property-related litigation, and building and construction disputes.
Alderton advises in property law with a particular focus on commercial leasing, and sales and acquisitions of commercial and retail properties. Vaatstra’s practice focuses on corporate insolvency, intellectual property and general commercial litigation.
Lewis specialises in commercial and corporate law, principally advising private clients. Kee is a member of the litigation and dispute resolution practice, and has acted for major Australian corporations, private individuals, and statutory and government authorities. De Jong practises in the banking and finance and commercial and corporate groups, with a focus on project, property, acquisition and structured finance, as well as general commercial transactions.
