FOUR LATERAL appointments have been made at Brisbane-based Carter Newell.
Nola Pearce joins the commercial dispute resolution and professional liability groups as an associate. Pearce comes to Carter Newell with a background in professional indemnity work and commercial litigation. She has advised in relation to policy coverage issues and handled the defence of litigated claims across a wide range of professions and industries.
Carter Newell also welcomes Paul Hampsey to the property and injury liability team as a solicitor. Hampsey has worked in both private practice and in-house roles in Australia and overseas. He has experience in third-party, personal injury and construction matters, acting in accordance with the Civil Liability Act.
Sally Morshead joins the firm’s construction and engineering team as a solicitor. Morshead has experience in commercial litigation, specifically in the areas of commercial building mediation, body corporate matters, real estate litigation and property marketeering.
