Gourley has over 20 years’ experience in intellectual property law and joins Corrs from Minter Ellison where she was a leader of its intellectual property group. She provides advice and litigates across the full range of IP including trade marks, copyright and patents.
Gourley’s track record includes major cases for leading companies in IP-driven sectors including pharmaceutical and biotechnology, fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages, manufacturing, and services including telecommunications, publishing and R&D.
She is an expert on brand strategy, trade mark portfolio management and marketing and advertising.
