MADDOCKS HAS expanded its corporate and commercial capacity nationally with the recruitment of Geoff Charnock who has joined the firm as a commercial partner in Sydney, bringing the total number of partners at Maddocks to 48.
He has also worked for government departments, agencies and corporations in Sydney, Canberra and London, providing advice on: privatisation and commercialisation; major infrastructure projects; statutory interpretation; and commercial arrangements with the private sector and between departments and agencies.
Three new senior associates have also recently joined Maddocks’ commercial team in Sydney. They are Troy Gurnett, Duncan Hall and Katrecia March.
Maddocks’ commercial team now comprises a total of 19 partners and almost 50 lawyers working across both Sydney and Melbourne.
