Two leading property specialists, academic and practitioner Diane Skapinker and practitioner Christine Burke, have joined the real estate and projects practice from Minter Ellison.
In the next few months, Julian Courtney-Stubbs will join the corporate, communications and technology practice from Hong Kong, where he has been leading international firm Bird & Bird’s Asia corporate group.

Burke is a specialist in major property projects, property developments, complex land titling, acquisitions and disposals, and large commercial and industrial leases. She is also expert in the property law aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and finance transactions.
Courtney-Stubbs has long-standing experience advising clients in the technology, e-commerce, life sciences, communications and aviation sectors.
He focuses particularly on private equity, M&A transactions and joint ventures, invariably with a cross-border flavour, for private and public companies as well as venture capital and other external investors.
He is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and Australia.
