DEACONS HAS reinforced its environment and planning group with the appointment of Felicity Rourke as partner. Rourke has broad practice experience covering all aspects of Land and Environment Court litigation, strategic development, planning advice, environmental impact assessment and environmental licensing and compliance.

Rourke was enthusiastic about her new position, “my role is to work closely with Deacons’ large-scale developer clients where there is a lot of activity, particularly in relation to legislative change”.
