Metro Property Developments buys Bentleigh Club
Maddocks has advised Metro Property Developments on its acquisition of the Bentleigh Club from the Melbourne Football Club.

Deal significance: The Bentleigh Club is located in Melbourne’s inner-southeast and has been owned by the Melbourne Football Club since 2011.
Under Metro Property Development’s acquisition, the venue will be closed and the land, covering 33 Yawla Street and 32-46 Huntley Road in Bentleigh, will be redeveloped for residential use, a statement from Maddocks confirmed.
