Adelaide Crows sells Giants baseball franchise
Australian law firm Commercial & Legal have advised property developer Pelligra Group on its acquisition of the Adelaide Giants baseball franchise from the Adelaide Crows.

Deal significance: Pelligra Group’s acquisition ends three years of Crows ownership of the Adelaide Giants and comes ahead of the start of the upcoming Australian Baseball League (ABL) season which begins in November, a statement from Commercial & Legal explained.
“Following on from this transaction, Commercial & Legal, led by principal partner Elias Farah and solicitor Peter Dimitrious, will assist Pelligra with its quest to acquire a multi-million-dollar Adelaide city fringe property to develop a state-of-the-art baseball stadium."
Commenting further, Mr Farah said: “Our team look forward to continue working alongside Pelligra and to seeing the culmination of their vision. What an exciting time for Pelligra, Adelaide Giants and the City of Adelaide.”
