A LITIGATION AND insurance lawyer with significant international experience, Michelle Fox has become a partner in Freehills’ Sydney office.

Fox advises on a broad range of corporate insurance matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes providing policy insurance advice to insureds and insurers, advising on insurance issues in large corporate transactions and acting for corporate insureds, insurers and reinsurers in complex litigation.

She has extensive litigation experience in both the US, where she represented insurers, and in the UK, where she represented insurers, reinsurers and syndicates at insurance market Lloyd’s in complex, multiparty litigation. She first joined Freehills in 2004 where she has been increasingly acting for corporate insureds.

Recently, Fox was involved in reviewing and assisting in the renewal of insurance programs for two ASX top-20 companies.
