TAX EXPERT Paul Welch has joined Baker & McKenzie as partner. Previously a corporate and international tax partner at accounting firm Deloitte, Welch specialises in transaction-based advisory and international tax planning.

Welsh was drawn to the firm’s strong reputation in the taxation arena. “The firm’s tax team is well-regarded and has capability across the full spectrum of tax advisory services.
