BUILDING ITS strength in property and litigation, Home Wilkinson Lowry has appointed two partners in its Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
Frank Xenos is a property law specialist in the firm’s Melbourne office, with particular expertise in commercial and retail leasing, leasing disputes, licensing, subdivision and planning matters, including disputes with councils. Having first joined the firm as an articled clerk in 2001, he has built up a practice representing national property developers and owners of commercial and residential property.
Simon Tolhurst has come from Brisbane firm Woodgate Hughes Solicitors to join Home Wilkinson Lowry’s Brisbane litigation team. He has extensive experience advising on partnership and shareholder disputes, building and construction disputes and general litigation including applications for declaratory relief, injunctions and debt recovery.
