GADENS LAWYERS has strengthened its Brisbane team with the appointment of Judd Last as a senior solicitor and Peter Coggins as a solicitor.
Coggins has joined the firm’s insurance, infrastructure and risk practice, specialising in litigated policy, indemnity disputes and recovery. He brings to the firm experience in defendant insurance litigation, which has included defending public liability and property damage claims involving catastrophic injuries and significant commercial losses, and professional negligence disputes involving members of the legal sector.
