Diver Foods sells to Arnott’s Group
Melbourne’s Diver Foods has sold 75 per cent of the company to the Arnott’s Group, with assistance from Macpherson Kelley.

Deal significance: Diver Foods specialises in producing snack foods, cereal and muesli products for a number of well-known household brands, which will now include the Arnott’s Group. The remaining 25 per cent of the company will be retained by owner and managing director Chris Diver.
As part of the transaction, Diver Foods will become part of a new cereals and snack division Arnott’s intends to create. Moving forward, the new Good Food Partners division will be managed by Mr Diver.
Mr Guenther commented: “We were able to bring our commercial and competition experience as well as our long history working with the food manufacturing sector to help bring this deal to completion.”
