Revasum completes $7.9m cap raise

National law firm, Maddocks, has advised US-based tech company Revasum on its latest capital raising, worth $7.9 million.

Firm: Maddocks (Revasum).

Key players: The legal team advising Revasum was led by Maddocks partner Catherine Merity, special counsel Rosamond Sayer and lawyer Millie Crighton.

Deal significance: Based in the US, Revasum designs and manufactures processing equipment for use in the fast-growing semiconductor market.

“The capital raising, announced on 1 February, was by way of a 1 for 3.5 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer, comprising an accelerated institutional entitlement offer and a retail entitlement offer,” a statement from Maddocks explained, noting that the offer was underwritten by Shaw and Partners.

“This matter is the latest in which Maddocks has assisted Revasum.

“Maddocks advised the company on its ASX listing and A$30 million initial public offering in 2018 and continues to build on the experience of Maddocks Equity Capital Markets team on capital raising for technology clients, including Brainchip, Atomos, Pivotal Systems and Audinate over the last year.”
