PAUL HUNT has joined ClarkeKann Lawyers as a partner and will head up its Sydney corporate and commercial business unit.

Hunt specialises in media and technology law and he brings to the firm a team of lawyers servicing clients in those industries. His clients include ASX-listed companies and small-to-large private entities.

Prior to joining ClarkeKann, Hunt spent four years building up his own boutique corporate media and technology practice, Hunts’ Lawyers, in Sydney and Melbourne. He has also previously worked as an in-house lawyer at Imagination Entertainment Pty Ltd and at One.Tel Limited where he advised on a broad range of commercial matters.
