TRANS-TASMAN firm Duncan Cotterill has promoted Aaron Dearden as a partner in its Sydney office.

Dearden, who joined the firm in 2007 and has practised in both Australia and New Zealand, has expertise in employment law and industrial relations issues.

His past experience includes providing strategic advice on the implementation of workplace change, drafting employment agreements, discipline issues and preventing and responding to industrial action.
