Deal: Commercial & Legal has been the lead advisers on the negotiations and exchange of agreements for major landmark hotel Wyndham Grand Adelaide, located on 75 King William Street Adelaide.

Deal significance: This is a major, new landmark in South Australia but also all of Australia, being the first Wyndham Grand hotel brand. This development on King William Street will become one of the tallest hotels in SA and the first Wyndham Grand hotel in the country.
“As the only hotel project in South Australia, it was great to see not only another significant hotel deal on our books, but also to see our expertise put to further task in providing additional lead advisory services to our trusted client, including consultant selection and development advisory,” principal partner Elias Farah said.
The $110 million skyscraper will comprise 347 contemporary rooms and suites, bringing ultimate luxury to the Adelaide CBD when it opens in 2024. The five-star property will also offer a wide range of dining experiences with an upscale restaurant, a wine bar, a hills-facing sky bar with stylish alfresco seating, as well as a rooftop restaurant.
