New hire to ‘supercharge’ Aussie law firm
Moulis Legal has appointed a new special counsel with a goal to “supercharge” its IP and data privacy capabilities.
Graeme Fearon takes to Moulis Legal’s Brisbane office in his new role, bringing 25 years’ experience.
Moulis Legal partner/director Daniel Moulis congratulated Mr Fearon on his appointment, noting the synergies between him and the firm’s focus on engaging with clients in “cutting-edge commercial and international matters”.
“The legal experience and knowledge Graeme brings to our firm is first-rate,” Mr Moulis said.
“Graeme is regularly ranked as a Legal 500 ‘Leading Individual’. The world-leading Chambers Guide acknowledges Graeme’s first-class service levels and excellent reputation. The knowledge required to operate in the technically complex field of data management and intellectual property rights is not gained overnight.
“Graeme really knows his stuff. We are thrilled to be able to introduce such a highly regarded professional to our clients.”
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Fearon highlighted the “exceptional reputation” of Moulis Legal being a key selling point.
“Moulis Legal has an exceptional reputation, recognised at a global level, for forward-thinking and high service levels. My new colleagues have proved themselves in the handling of major government investigation defence, complex negotiations and transactional work, and legal-controversy representation. They are known for delivering quality results,” he said.
“For me, it’s the perfect fit. Moulis Legal is a tight-knit, highly personal organisation. I’m honoured to be joining a team of passionate lawyers who work extremely hard for their clients not only in Queensland and nationally, but also across the world.”
