Workplace health and safety partner joins Madgwicks
Madgwicks has welcomed a new partner as the firm continues its growth trajectory.

Previously a partner at Henty Lawyers, Luisa Gonzaga joins Madgwick Lawyers’ workplace health and safety team.
Partner Angelo Conti said he is proud to be able to offer Madgwicks’ clients this specialised service.
“Luisa is a recognised leader in the field and has an extensive history of obtaining excellent outcomes for her clients. We are delighted to welcome her into the Madgwicks team and are continually impressed by the service and expertise she offers to clients,” Mr Conti said.
Ms Gonzaga has worked with clients from government departments, international clients, manufacturing, rail logistics, independent schools, major construction companies, major supermarket chains, oil and gas, transport and major construction.
She regularly conducts training from employee level to senior management and for boards as well as legal compliance reviews of clients’ existing safety management systems and provides practical recommendations in demonstrating safety compliance and improvements.
Ms Gonzaga has also provided legal advice on WorkCover matters from managing ill and injured workers, return to work obligations and statutory benefits, and gives advice and represents clients in challenging WorkCover Industry Classification disputes.
