The firm has announced Jeremy Snow as its new principal solicitor and co-lead of its commercial and technology teams.

According to a statement provided by KHQ Lawyers, Mr Snow brings a wealth of transactional and advisory experience spanning across the IT, telco, financial services, energy, infrastructure and health sectors.

Commenting on Mr Snow’s appointment, KHQ’s managing director David Kelly said now more than ever, technology and innovation are crucial in maintaining connection and enabling businesses to adapt to their changing environment.

“Clients are adjusting to different ways of working, and we are working to support our clients in whatever way they need, Mr Kelly said.

KHQ is fully operational with all of our people working remotely and effectively, and our focus remains on quality service delivery.

Jeremy’s appointment is evidence of our commitment to delivering the services and providing the support that our clients need in both good and more challenging times.”

Mr Snow said he is equally excited to join KHQ, particular at a time of technological and industry change.

KHQ has a strong record of high-end work, commitment to its people and progressive thinking, and I look forward to being part of the team, he added.
