EAGLEGATE onboards FWC associate
A Brisbane-based boutique firm has named a new IP lawyer in its ranks.
IP-focused EAGLEGATE Lawyers has announced the addition of Stuart Efstathis to the firm.
The former Fair Work Commission associate’s background in applied science “allows him to fully understand clients’ needs and provide tailored advice accordingly”, the firm said.
His work at EAGLEGATE will see him advising across copyright, trademark strategy, infringement matters and patent interpretation, it was reported.
EAGLEGATE principal Nicole Murdoch said the growth is timely for the firm, with increased client demand for its offerings, with a perception that there is a growing client awareness of intellectual property law issues.
