Lander & Rogers has advised German-based WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH on its development and supply to Coles Group of two automated distribution centres.

Deal significance: Commenting on the deal, Mr Neely said: “These transactions were an interesting mix of technology and construction and required input from a range of legal specialists, including in technology projects, property, construction, workplace relations and safety and insurance.”
“There were a number of novel aspects to the contracts negotiated to deal with allocation of risk, contract pricing and management of inputs from other stakeholders,” he added.
