Seyfarth Shaw takes next step with partner promotion
Seyfarth Shaw has made its first ever internal appointment to partner in Australia, with its promotion of Erin Hawthorne.

Working in the firm’s international employment law practice, Ms Hawthorne has practiced across a range of industries, and organisation sizes.
Commending Ms Hawthorne’s addition to the partnership, Seyfarth Shaw’s Australian managing partner Darren Perry said she has been “a leader in our team since Seyfarth opened doors in Australia, and her promotion to partner recognises this”.
“An experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer with in-house experience, Erin is known for her ability to provide clients with advice through a lens of practicality,” he continued.
“The team sees this as a milestone moment in the growth and development of our firm,” Mr Perry said.
“The promotion of Erin is part of our strategy to continue the growth of the practice and take it to the next level.”
