Water treatment company advised on $36.5m raise

Decentralised water and waste water treatment solutions company Fluence Corporation has been advised on its successful raising to fund its international growth.

Firm: Lander & Rogers (Fluence Corporation Limited); Canaccord Genuity (lead manager and bookrunner); Odeon Capital Group on behalf of EAS Advisors (co-manager)

Deal: Landers has advised ASX-listed Fluence Corporation Limited on its successful raising of A$36.5 million via a share placement of ordinary shares to both international and domestic, institutional, sophisticated, and professional investors, and its share purchase plan offer to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.

Value: $36.5 million

Deal significance: Mr Ding, who led this deal said, “We were delighted to help Fluence Corporation achieve its objective of securing financial backing from highly regarded large anchor investors in the US, and to support them in implementing a share purchase plan for its shareholders in Australia and New Zealand — it is exciting to help an ASX-listed company with its rapid international growth”.
