New Brisbane partner for Thomson Geer
Australian law firm Thomson Geer has welcomed a new partner into their corporate and M&A team.

Matthew Reynolds, previously of HWL Ebsworth, has joined the Brisbane arm of the firm.
The award-winning lawyer will also have a strong presence in the Thomson Geer Sydney office.
Mr Reynolds brings expertise in advising clients in the energy and resources, technology, health, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, construction and infrastructure sectors. His areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory and debt and equity capital markets.
Thomson Geer’s chief executive partner, Adrian Tembel, is excited about Mr Reynolds’ move to the firm. “Matthew’s experience and reputation in the equity capital markets space in particular will perfectly complement the already outstanding skills and experience within our national corporate & M&A team.
