Clarendon makes senior associate appointment

Clarendon Lawyers has announced it has promoted one of its staff to senior associate.

Sarah Noble (pictured) has been promoted to the position, having been at Clarendon since 2014.

Ms Noble brings to her new role experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as all aspects of corporate law.

 
 

Throughout her time at Clarendon, Ms Noble has been a lead team member for a number of clients on their M&A transactions. Some of these include Jacobs Engineering, Healthcare Australia, Endota Group and Guardian Storage.

According to a statement by the firm, Ms Noble’s promotion recognises her expertise in these areas, together with her commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients, her commercial approach and dedication to the firm.

“We are thrilled to promote Sarah to the position of senior associate,” said Clarendon Lawyers managing director Tony Symons.

“Sarah’s promotion recognises her skills and experience in M&A and corporate law.

“She sets a fantastic example for all our staff and exhibits all the traits that we expect will continue to make her highly valued by our clients and a leader of our firm as she enters the next stage of her career.”

Emma Musgrave (née Ryan) is the managing editor, professional services at Momentum Media.

Emma has worked for Momentum Media since 2015, including five years spent as the editor of the company's legal brand - Lawyers Weekly. Throughout her time at Momentum, she has been responsible for breaking some of the biggest stories in corporate Australia. In addition, she has produced exclusive multimedia and event content related to the company's respective brands and audiences. 

Prior to joining Momentum Media, Emma worked in breakfast radio, delivering news to the Central West region of NSW, before taking on a radio journalist role at Southern Cross Austereo, based in Townsville, North Queensland.

She holds a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) degree from Charles Sturt University.
