Earlier this week, the firm announced that it has appointed Lisa Lane (pictured) as a partner in its property and development practice, based in its Melbourne office.
She previously worked as a director at ThinkConveyancing.com.au and a senior associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler. Before being admitted to practice she was a general manager in the asset management division at Salta Properties, which gave her “a unique perspective on client-side challenges”, according to CBP.
Chris Rumore, the head of CBP’s property group, said “We are delighted to welcome Lisa to our growing team. Lisa’s exceptional skills and expertise, along with her broad experience and breadth of her contacts in the property industry, will be of great benefit to our property practice in Melbourne.”
Ms Lane said she was excited to join CBP. “It’s a great opportunity to join a firm so well-established in the property industry and with a strong reputation for client service and expertise,” she said.
The announcement follows the firm’s appointments of property partner Duane Keighran and corporate and commercial special counsel Dalvin Chien in November 2016.
