Cooper Grace Ward has welcomed Teresa Kearney, who joins the firm as special counsel. Ms Kearney specialises in property development, with particular expertise in community title, strata and body corporate law.

Ms Kearney brings to her new role more than 28 years’ experience with knowledge extending from cottage conveyancing through to master planned community developments and multi-million dollar commercial and agribusiness transactions.

Chris Graham has also joined Cooper Grace Ward as an associate in the firm’s workplace relations and safety team, providing advice and representation to employer clients, including private companies, Queensland government departments, local governments and government-owned corporations.

Mr Graham brings to his new role extensive experience in representing clients in unfair dismissal and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission, as well as responding to applications for reinstatement in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

The firm also welcomes lawyer George Dingle to its commercial workgroup.

Mr Dingle joins Cooper Grace Ward following six years at McInnes Wilson Lawyers. His new role will see him provide corporate and commercial transactional support and advice across a broad range of industries.
