Ms Dyson joins McCullough Robertson after three years at Deloitte. Prior to this, she spent 16 years at global law firm, Ashurst.

Throughout her career Ms Dyson has advised some of the nation’s biggest companies, providing taxation solutions and strategies around corporate transactions and restructuring, leasing and international financing.

Ms Dyson has also advised governments, bidding consortia and financiers on infrastructure and PPP transactions, including road and rail projects, as well as social infrastructure and utilities projects.

McCullough Robertson tax partner Mark West said Ms Dyson brings a unique perspective to the tax team and will help boost the firm’s practice going forward.

“Not only will our clients benefit from Teresa’s connections with business, industry and governments, but also her intimate knowledge and understanding of policy implications for businesses across multiple sectors,” Mr West said.

“She is very well respected in the industry, delivering integrated, commercial and workable options to clients across the entire life cycle of businesses – from commencement (or entry into Australia), through general expansion and operations to ultimate exit or winding up.”
