DCC Singapore recruits new partner
Davies Collison Cave Singapore has announced the appointment of its first trade mark partner.
Esther Seow joins the firm’s Singapore office and will be responsible for heading up its trade mark practice.
In addition to providing advice in relation to trade mark matters, Ms Seow advises on drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements, including franchise and licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and commercial agreements.
She has acted for a diverse range of clients across various industries, including entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, IT, luxury goods and manufacturing.
Adam Sears, manager of Davies Collison Cave’s trade mark group, welcomed Ms Seow’s appointment, saying she will help broaden the firm’s core Australian IP offering to the Singapore market.
“We are very excited to have Esther join us,” he said.
“Esther brings to us a wealth of experience and increases our capacity as we expand the range of IP services we offer in the Singapore market.”
Ross Clark, partner at Davies Collison Cave Singapore, echoed this sentiment, saying Ms Seow will be a valuable addition to the firm.
“Esther joining DCC highlights our commitment to the Singapore market,” he said.
“She will help us to grow and broaden our service offering to our local and international clients.”
