Three join boutique commercial firm
Polczynski Lawyers has made three new hires, bringing on lawyers from a mid-size firm, a boutique and the bar.

Litigator Richard Lyne will join the firm as a special counsel from DibbsBarker.
His experience includes complex, highly structured financial transactions for clients such as Lehman Brothers, Jackgreen Ltd and Raptis Group of Companies.
Barrister Claire Latham will come to the firm as a senior associate from 9 Wentworth Chambers.
In her 12 years of experience as a barrister and previously a solicitor, she specialised in commercial litigation and insolvency litigation, including acting for margin lenders, major accounting firms and numerous public and private companies across a range of industries.
Finally, Laura Willis has left Parramatta firm Matthew Folbigg to join Polczynski as a lawyer.
Polczynski Lawyers managing partner Stephen Polczynski welcomed the new team members and signalled the firm's continued growth strategy.
"With our aim to grow in the future, we are continuously looking for exceptional legal talent to join our dynamic team," he said.
The most recent moves brings the firm to 10 lawyers.
