HSF loses arbitration partner
A litigation and disputes partner has left Herbert Smith Freehills for a national firm.
Bronwyn Lincoln joined the Melbourne office of Corrs Chambers Westgarth on 2 May in its litigation and dispute resolution group.
She is currently a panel arbitrator for the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the chair of the Melbourne Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
Ms Lincoln has conducted large-scale commercial litigation in the state supreme courts and the Federal Court of Australia.
She also has experience in international regulatory matters, including foreign investigative and criminal proceedings and extradition.
In March this year, the disputes practice at Corrs also gained Simon Johnson from Norton Rose Fulbright.
However, the firm has also seen a number of lawyers depart in recent months, including Ayman Guirguis to K&L Gates and Alex Regan to DLA Piper.
